the DM Assigns teams (randomly or to his liking) , and privatley tells eachperson what team they're on via passcard.
Diplomacy and bluff skills finally get some use in this match type. People can try and convince their enemies they are in fact that team member they have. Bards and wizards can use illusions to disguise themselves.
This could lead to some amazing interactions.
